Thoughts
So after not posting forever, I thought it would be the right time. My weight adventures have been like a roller coaster ride. It is a nasty cycle that I seemly can’t get off. So now I am trying to find out who I am and what really matters to me. I would like to pose a question to folks. Is it rude to send a baby gift and receive a thank you on facebook?

Life Changes
In the next couple of months I will move across the country and start on a new journey. I am moving to North Carolina and will need places to go visit to learn about North Carolina and will be in search of new hobbies. I was wondering if people would available to help me out.

Bad at posting
So for the last couple of months I have not posted, and now I have to confuss why. I completely fell off the wagon of working out. I have gained 10lbs and feel like a failure. I need to get my motivation back and get serious. So I am back now and will start to post again.

Work outs
So I am a true believer of personal trainers. I have started working out with my personal trainer (TYLOR), and my body hurts in places I didn’t ever know existed. So the last couple of weeks I have been off and on about working out. I was sick for a week, and then I went out of town. So needless to say I didn’t make it to the gym. Now that I have been back I have been going sometimes. Please someone send me will power. I only have 5 weeks left in Florida.

Starting Week 3!
So I have been working hard at the gym for the last three weeks. I can already see my body changing. I am getting stronger in my arms. I have to say I love the gym and love being a gym junkie. I hope by the end of my internship there will be more chances and when I get back to Illinois people will notice the changes.

People keep your dogs under Control

Bust for the week
Coming to the end of the semester, my life is terrible.  I have so much to do and little time to do everything. The number one activity I cut is working out. Saturday Dog watching
Well this week of working out was okay. I went three times this week to the gym, but the each time I left  worn out.  So on Saturday I was dog sitting and really got a work out.
