Saturday Dog watching

Well this week of working out was okay. I went three times this week to the gym, but the each time I left  worn out.  So on Saturday I was dog sitting and really got a work out. The dog(Bogey) and I  went on two long walks. Having these walks helped me finish the week strong. I just need to do a complete week at the gym. It has been awhile since I have worked out in the gym for an entire week.. So my question how do I get myself motivated to do an entire week of work out at the gym?
