Bust for the week
Coming to the end of the semester, my life is terrible. I have so much to do and little time to do everything. The number one activity I cut is working out. I know that working out would give me energy, but going on little sleep will not help me either. So I have taken this week as a great failure. Hopeful by the end of week I can report that I am back on track. Everyone I need to stop yo-yo on the workout plan!!!
