One Step at a time
So getting back in the habit of working out is hard, but it can be done when I take the approach of one step at a time. I have been in Florida for two days now and I have worked out each day. The workouts haven’t been too hard, but I walked about two miles a day. Hopefully by next week I’ll get my pass to the rec center and really burn up the calories. I want all of you to know that this chick is back and ready.
