Work outs
So I am a true believer of personal trainers. I have started working out with my personal trainer (TYLOR), and my body hurts in places I didn’t ever know existed. I was sweating within the first 5 minutes, and tired in 10 minutes. I was so tired and now realized how out of shape I am. I thought I have been working hard these last couple of months but not really clearly. I am glad that will be working with Tylor these last couple of weeks I am in Florida. I would tell anyone that if you have the extra money get a personal trainer for one time a week. My body still hurts, but can’t wait to do another workout tomorrow. Tylor is amazing and get a motivation.
